Who runs LewesGo

LewesGo is operated by SCC Nexus Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17458303, registered office 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA.

LewesGo was called LewesLive, at leweslive.co.uk, until October 2026. It is the same guide, run by the same company.

Using the information

We gather events, places to stay, travel times and local listings from public sources, such as venues' and organisers' own websites, National Rail and Brighton & Hove Buses. We check what we can and leave out what we cannot, but details change, sometimes at short notice. Before you travel, book or pay for anything, confirm the details with the organiser, venue or transport provider.

Live train times come from National Rail's data service. Live bus times come from Brighton & Hove Buses or, when that is not available, from open bus data published by bustimes.org; each board says which one answered. Both may be delayed or unavailable. For important journeys, check the operator's own website.

Listings

A listing on LewesGo is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Listing is free, and nobody can pay to appear higher up. We may edit, update or remove listings to keep the guide accurate and useful.

Other websites

LewesGo links to many other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Content on this site

The LewesGo name and logo, the design and code of this website, the text we write and our own artwork belong to SCC Nexus Limited, and all rights in them are reserved. Please do not copy them or use them to build another website or service without our permission. Short quotations with a link back to the page are welcome.

Some of what you see belongs to others and is used under their licences, which we credit where it appears: map and place data from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence), food hygiene data from the Food Standards Agency and bus stop data from NaPTAN (both under the Open Government Licence), weather from MET Norway (CC BY 4.0), and photographs from Wikimedia Commons under the licence shown with each one. The place data we build from OpenStreetMap stays under the Open Database Licence, and we will share it on request. Event names, logos and pictures belong to their organisers. If you think we have used something of yours without permission, use our secure contact form and we will look at it straight away.

Our responsibility

We provide LewesGo free of charge and cannot promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
